About Aynsley

Aynsley has made fine English bone china since 1775, when John Aynsley started as a potter in Longton, in England's Staffordshire Potteries. A long-time favorite of the British royal family, Aynsley china was given as a wedding gift to both Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Diana. Pembroke, Cottage Garden and Wild Tudor are among its best-loved patterns. The Stoke-on-Trent factory closed in 2014, so many Aynsley patterns are now found only pre-owned.
