Every order is packed by hand for fragile china and crystal. Standard shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. is a flat $9.95, however much you buy.

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. For a quote on expedited or international shipping, contact us with the items you want and your address.
When your order arrives
Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location.
How we pack
Each piece is wrapped individually in bubble wrap, cushioned on all sides, and packed in a sturdy box. Every package is insured.
If something arrives broken
Email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged piece and the box. We'll send a replacement if we have one, or refund you in full, including shipping. You won't need to send the broken piece back.
