How to return an item

  1. Email us firstWrite to info@classicreplacements.com with your order number and the pieces you're returning.
  2. Pack it carefullyReuse our box and packing if you can. Include your packing slip or receipt.
  3. Ship it backReturn shipping is paid by you. We suggest a tracked, insured service, since we can't refund items that break on the way back.
  4. Get your refundWe refund you within 7 days of receiving the return, to the card or account you paid with.

Good to know

  • We don't do exchanges. To get a different piece, return the one you have and place a new order.
  • The original shipping charge is refunded only when the return is because of our mistake.
  • If your order arrived broken, that's not a return. See If something arrives broken.
