About Dansk
Dansk was founded in 1954 by Americans Ted and Martha Nierenberg, who teamed up with Danish designer Jens Quistgaard to bring Scandinavian modern design to American homes. Quistgaard's Kobenstyle cookware became an icon, and Dansk's simple, handsome dinnerware, glassware and flatware are still favorites for everyday use.
