About Fostoria
Fostoria Glass was founded in 1887 in Fostoria, Ohio, and moved to Moundsville, West Virginia, in 1891. For nearly a century it was one of America's leading makers of fine glassware, producing elegant stemware and serving pieces for everyday families and for the White House. Its American pattern, introduced in 1915, is one of the longest-running glass patterns ever made. The Moundsville factory closed in 1986, making Fostoria a favorite of collectors.
