About Gorham

Gorham was founded in 1831 in Providence, Rhode Island, when Jabez Gorham began making silver spoons. It grew into one of America's leading silversmiths, and its Chantilly pattern, introduced in 1895, is among the best-selling sterling flatware patterns ever made. Gorham later added fine china and crystal, and its stemware and dinnerware patterns are still sought by families matching their sets.
