Herend China

About Herend

Herend porcelain has been made in the village of Herend, Hungary, since 1826, and every piece is still painted by hand. Herend won worldwide fame at London's Great Exhibition of 1851, where Queen Victoria ordered a service in the pattern now called Queen Victoria. Rothschild Bird, Chinese Bouquet and its charming fishnet animal figurines are among its best-loved designs.
