Pickard China
About Pickard
Pickard began in 1893 in Chicago, where Wilder Pickard opened a studio for hand-painting fine china. The company later moved to Antioch, Illinois, and in the 1930s began making its own porcelain. Pickard has made official china for the U.S. State Department and American embassies, and it remains one of the few fine china makers in the United States.
