About Portmeirion
Portmeirion Pottery was founded in Stoke-on-Trent in 1960 by designer Susan Williams-Ellis and her husband Euan Cooper-Willis. Its Botanic Garden pattern, introduced in 1972 with its botanical drawings and leaf border, became a worldwide favorite. Portmeirion later added Spode and Royal Worcester to its family of brands.
