Royal Doulton Crystal
About Royal Doulton
Royal Doulton's story began in 1815 in Lambeth, London, where John Doulton became a partner in a small pottery. The firm opened its Burslem works in Staffordshire in 1877, and King Edward VII granted it the right to use the word Royal in 1901. Beyond its fine bone china dinnerware, Royal Doulton is famous for its figurines, character jugs and the Bunnykins nursery china first made in 1934, all of which are widely collected today.
